proud of maself..
coz i've did it!!
werkin 12 hours..
with only 30 mins of break..
tot i couldnt make it..
but i've realised that nothing..
is impossible..

a lot of phone calls to pick up..
aftera cust put down the phone,
another comes to the line..
WTF!!
but sumtimes i push the button ..
which prevents calls from comin in..
